According to messages from Moscow President Putin rushed on his 'mercedes'-cade to the Kremlin about 01:00 AM (Moscow Time). Cortege was accompanied by two helicopters. At the same time there're series of explosions in the city of Groznyy, Chechen republic. Intense firefight conducted in the central part of Groznyy.
